We have proudly partnered with REDcycle™ to support the recovery and reuse of post-consumer soft plastic. This collaborative effort provides consumers a widely available, sustainable disposal option for their soft plastic packaging.
The REDcycle™ Program makes it easy for consumers to keep plastic bags and packaging out of landfill. The REDcycle™ logo will be used on our recyclable flexible packaging to inform consumers that the packaging is recyclable and direct them to the nearest drop off location via the REDcycle™ store locator.
RED Group is a Melbourne-based consulting and recycling organisation which established the Redcycle™ Program to provide an innovative recovery and recycling solution for post-consumer flexible plastic packaging through a national network of retail drop off points. The Redcycle™ Program offers consumers a simple and engaging way to divert used packaging waste from landfill and returns it for recycling into Australian made outdoor products and roads infrastructure for Australian communities. Participation from Integrated Packaging and other REDcycle partners supports the transport of recovered material from participating REDcycle™ supermarket locations around Australia.
